Who We Are
The Bread House is a health-conscious bakery and farm-to-table restaurant with a specialty coffee/juice bar that supports GraceWay Recovery Residence, a local non-profit substance abuse recovery community for women. We exist to employ their residents in our wholesome environment, as well as attempt to financially sustain their mission by donating our profits to keep their efforts alive. While aiming to provide an atmosphere that feels like “home” to all who enter, we also serve as a haven for our local addiction recovery community. In addition to providing wholesome food and employment opportunities, The Bread House offers a safe and supportive space for those in recovery. We aim to be a voice in the fight against addiction and to break the stigma surrounding substance abuse. Our goal is to provide a space where people can come together to heal, grow, and thrive.

At the heart of our restaurant is a commitment to invest in our community. We believe that by supporting local farmers, we can create a healthier and more sustainable food system. Our ever-changing menu features seasonal produce from South Georgia farmers, and each dish is created using ingredients grown right here in our region. This allows us to provide our customers with the highest quality while also supporting the local economy. In addition to investing in our community, we also strive to create a dining experience that is truly unique. Our head chef, Adrienne DiNella, takes great care in crafting each dish, and she’s always exploring new flavor profiles and techniques. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a leisurely meal while in Albany, GA – we hope to see you soon at The Bread House!
